    In reply to - Ronaldo Parreno Jr posted an update I am sharing a milestone not only in my career but also for our country the Philippines, the government through the partnership of DOST and DOE is establishing the first Fuel Cell R&D and Testing Center. I will be leading the R&D and Testing as part of the strategic research agenda to jumpstart the hydrogen and fuel cell utilization in the country.
